Important Announcement!

With immediate effect 'NO DOGS ALLOWED' at Clifton.

A disease has been identified amongst sheep which is transmitted from dogs via their 'droppings' (dog muck)

In order to ensure that we are not responsible for transmitting the disease we would ask all dog owners to

please leave their dogs at home when they come to the flying field. In addition please check your footwear and

car tyres for 'contamination' if you have been in contact with 'dog litter' (at kennels etc.)

If you see stray dogs or dog walkers allowing their animals on to the field please tell a committee member.

WELCOME

Welcome to the 'Brighouse Model Aircraft Club'. If you live in West Yorkshire this could be where your interest

in model aircraft begins or is renewed. We fly four stroke and electric scale, sport and vintage model aircraft.

If you are a beginner to our hobby we suggest that before you purchase any equipment or models you should

We have an evening meeting on the third Thursday of each month at the Northowram Club at 8.00pm where

all manner of Model Flying issues are discussed. Anybody interested in starting or renewing their interest in

Model Aircraft or just want to chat with like minded model flyers are always welcome. See our "Events" section

for details.

If you come to our flying site at Clifton please introduce yourself to the flyers there so they can advise you about

safety matters.
